Also in our country, Turkey Accounting Standards Board was established with an additional 1 Article which was added by Law No. 4487 to The Capital Market Law No. 2449. In December 2003, Communiqué with Serial XI, No. 25 on Capital Markets Accounting Standards was published.

As of 01.01.2005, some institutions have begun to use international accounting and financial reporting standards simultaneously with the EU countries. After 01.01.2005, accounting entries will be made in international accounting standard norms, and also, the internal audits and independent audits will be within the scope of international auditing standards. After achieving these norms, company valuation studies will be carried out by using methods which are accepted in the international market. These methods are Free cash flow method to the company, Free cash flow to the equity method, Net asset value method, Additional return value method, Dividend discounting method, Relative valuation method, Economic value added method and Return on investment cash flow method.

4- Law Regulations No. 6306 on the Transformation of the Areas at Disaster Risk ARTICLE 12 –( Amendment:RG-2/7/2013-28695) Value assessment of immovables: (1) The relevant institution prepares or makes prepared the map or sketch showing the border, area and type of the immovables in the field of application, and detects or makes detected the owners and addresses of these immovables. (2) The value of the immovable is detected by means of valuation commissions consisting of at least three people from within the relevant institution or buying service. (3) The value of the immovable is detected by getting information from people, institutions or organizations specialized in real estate valuation and also by benefiting from information to be obtained from the local real estate agencies in accordance with the principles of Article 11 of Expropriation Law No. 2942 dated 04.11.1983.
