Our company operates under a license obtained from the Capital Market Board as per the Capital Market Regulations. Its shareholders are individuals holding certificates of specialty in their respective fields, and are experienced in the sector.

We have contacted all the relevant individuals and entities involved in the sector when we assumed this duty. We have taken very important measures in order to be able to fulfill this responsibility in an appropriate manner. We have concluded partnership contracts with individuals and entities which are experts of their respective fields. We have extended our knowledge stock, made our infrastructure excellent, and acquired modern equipment and devices. We have improved our report types and techniques. We have taken measures which allow us to act rapidly based on the principle that “time is the most important asset”. We have identified our vision, mission, and principles which we consider very important. We have promised not to endanger them under any condition. Considering the cooperation among colleagues as a valuable asset, we have contacted many of our colleagues. We have received very important assistance from some of them, and we have also promised to provide assistance whenever necessary.
