Born in Eskişehir in 1960. Graduated from the Department of Economics, Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences. Started his professional career as an associate bank inspector in 1984. Promoted to the position of inspector in a very short period of time, and conducted inspections on many bank branches. Employed at credit applications, law, and R&D departments of the general directorate of the bank, Dönmez also acted as an instructor of finance subjects for a period of time. He worked as the manager of many branches of various banks throughout his professional career. Being a specialist in the fields of factoring, leasing, and insurance, Dönmez holds the certificate of public accountant and financial adviser. He had shown an interest in real estate regulations during his employment at banks, and prepared many real estate survey reports. He holds a certificate of real estate valuation expert.

Dönmez is a member of the Finance Club, Internal Audits Institute of Turkey, Istanbul Chamber of Public Accountants and Financial Advisers, and Association of Valuation Experts.

Born in Istanbul on 09.08.1971. Graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Construction, Yıldız Technical University. Completed military service, and started his career as a “ real estate expert” at the Directorate of Construction and Real Estate, Istanbul District Directorate of T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O in 1995. He continued his career as the “Valuation Expert/Technical Manager” in Istanbul area upon establishment of Vakıf Gayrimenkul Ekspertiz ve Değerlendirme A.Ş in 1996. Prepared and checked numerous “valuation reports” for various real and judicial persons since he is registered to the Capital Market Board as a valuation expert. He holds a certificate as a licensed real estate valuation expert. He also holds a certificate of Export & Import, and certificate of MS Office from Marmara University, and has command of English.

Özrifaioğlu is an active member of TMMOB Chamber of Civil Engineers, and Association of Valuation Experts.

Çebi is a member of İdealtepe Association of Environmental Volunteers, Chamber of Civil Engineers, and Association of Valuation Experts.

Born in Sivas / Koyulhisar in 1976. Completed elementary and secondary school education at Koyulhisar, and four-year marine machinery education at Z.K. Anatolian Vocational School for Navigation Studies located in Ortaköy, Istanbul. After completing one year foreign language education at Lefke University, graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Erciyes University. Arslan still continues his postgraduate education at the Institute of Social Sciences, Yıldız Technical University. After completing military service, he started his career as an associate expert at a bank in January 2001. Promoted to the position of expert in 2002. He was especially involved in valuation of real estates owned by the bank as well as sales thereof. He was also in charge of checking survey reports submitted by the survey companies which served the bank. Assumed a decisive role in determining the survey companies which wish to serve the bank, and terms and conditions of the cooperation. Arslan holds a certificate as a licensed real estate valuation expert, and has command of English.

Arslan is a member of the Association of Valuation Experts.

Born in Istanbul in 1974. Graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering, Yıldız Technical University. Started his career as a construction site chief at Polipan İnşaat Ltd. Şti, and then worked at the Directorate of Construction Works and Real Estates of T.Garanti Bankası A.Ş upon completing military service. Attended courses on computers, personal development, valuation of real estates, and civil engineering, and submitted numerous real estate reports on banking risks during his employment at the bank.

Firuzbay holds a certificate as a licensed real estate valuation expert, and is a member of the Association of Valuation Experts.

Born in Malatya in 1970. Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Istanbul Technical University, and earned a Master Degree in major of Knowledge of Structures at the same faculty. Then took part in BMBS Research Group at the Building Cost Chair of the same faculty. Having thereafter worked for architecture offices and construction companies as an architect responsible for organization of construction sites, preparation of bids and earning reports, controls, and etc., Akay started to work as a property expert at Vakıf Gayrimenkul Ekspertiz ve Değerlendirme A.Ş., which is a partnership of Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O, in 2002. She has submitted approximately 1500 valuation reports covering qualified properties such as apartment flats, arable fields, construction fields, factories, business centers, holiday villages, hotels, offices, and etc. She has a good command of English, and is able to use Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs.
