Our company was
established by six valuation experts in December 2004 in Istanbul.
Our company was listed in the register of “Companies which Render
Valuation Services as per the Capital Market Regulations” on
18.03.2005.
Principal Activities and Services:
Our company performs assessment of possible value, at a certain
date, of properties, property projects, and rights and benefits
attached to properties owned by real and judicial persons of
public and private nature based on an analysis of characteristics,
and market and environmental conditions of these properties
which have an impact on the value in an independent and impartial
manner according to the applicable regulations as well as internationally
accepted valuation standards; performs on-site valuation of
machinery and equipment which are deemed as an integral part
of immovable properties, and of vessels which are exceptionally
deemed as an immovable property; and renders legal, financial
and scientific counseling services on immovable properties as
well as rights attached thereto.
Our company only renders valuation and consulting services,
and is not involved in estate agency or contracting business
as per the applicable regulations.
Our company has been incorporated for the purpose of satisfying
the need for companies involved in valuation of estates, machinery
and equipment in parallel to the legal and structural changes
which have taken place in the fields of real estates, construction,
financing, accounting, audits, and capital markets in our
country.
Ekol Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş aims to render
valuation services as per requests of real or judicial persons
in an independent, impartial, reliable, responsible, scientific,
and competent manner according to the international standards
as well as the Capital Market Regulations of our country.
Among objectives of the company are to render its services
in a fast and reliable manner, obtain necessary data and information
from accurate and reliable resources, analyze and interpret
them based on professional knowledge and techniques, and convert
them into reliable data based on realistic estimations.
Our ultimate goal is to become a leading and model company
